- Finally! We have now, after many delays, got the database updated with information about 339824 soldiers. In it we now also have soldiers recruited to the supply troops (Trängen) during it's first 20 years. The database has become a bit smaller after cleaning out many duplicates.

- The database has been updated and now has information on 344102 soldiers.
- 2006-08-11
- The database has been updated and now has information on 336556 soldiers. We have also changed so that up to 250 hits are shown.
- 2006-03-05
- Change of the parish name search field to make it possible to search on parishes with short names without also getting those that start with that name.
- 2005-08-28
- The database has now been updated and has with its 334114 rows gotten 29 percent larger.
- 2005-01-31
- The Soldiers register has once again opened it's doors. Unfortunately it's not fully ready at this opening, so count on more functions and links being added. Some pages are at the moment only available in Swedish, but will be translated. WELCOME to search!
- 2004-12-20
- An agreement was made between Centrala Soldatregistret, through Björn Lippold, and Föreningen DIS, through Sture Bjelkåker. DIS is responsible for making the register available on the internet and for questions of technical nature, while questions on the content are answered by Centrala Soldatregistret in Skövde.
